An unparalleled collection of work, which together provides a heart-warming social commentary on life in the great city of London.
In November 2016, Twenty Pegs founder Greg Martin embarked upon an ambitious month-long creative journey around the London Monopoly board, in support of the Movember Foundation’s fight for men’s health.
30 creations, in 30 locations, in 30 days. More than 110 collaborators, following one narrative, and all for one great cause.
Collaborators included artists Tim Wainwright, David Tovey, Toby Leigh, Alexander Luttley, Keira Rathbone, Iggy Acosta, Xidus Pain, along with friends, members of the public, most of the estate agents in Angel and Islington, and even Jerome Watson, a prisoner in HMP Wormwood Scrubs.
This year, 30-30-30: A London Tale sees Theatre Deli, City-Insights (C-I), and Twenty Pegs join forces, partnering to create a week-long exhibition and programme celebrating this amazing body of work, and continuing to add new perspectives to the already rich stories that sit at its heart.
The week-long exhibition will comprise:
- 30 artworks on display with interactive features from C-I
- An expert panel discussion on the role and impact of art in healthcare
- Lyrics masterclass with rapper Xidus Pain
- Curated screening of About Soul by Tim Wainwright, with live Q&A
- Curated screening of 1000 Londoners by Chocolate Films, with live Q&A
- Live music and drinks reception
- Live screen printing
- Interactive mural painting
- Artworks for sale with proceeds being donated to the Movember Foundation.
Full details of programme to be announced.
Editors Notes - Artist bio
We believe that the best and most exciting things happen when people work together. Creatively, we push and explore that belief through design and business processes that leave no room for ego, and are progressive, open and inclusive. Ostensibly, we’re a clothing brand, but our journey will often allow us to be more.
Our brand has been trading for a little over two years. Although our product is clothing, in a large respect this is merely what we do, where we channel our passion. Creative collaboration is what drives us, and our events, blog and social media channels all take this broader focus.
Our core team consists of Greg, on creative direction, Saara, on marketing and event management, and Tim, on business strategy and operations. We are then further supported by our network of collaborators and brand ambassadors.
Like Alexandre Dumas’s Musketeers, we operate with a very simple motto - All for one, one for all.

By transforming spaces to expand the opportunities to create, make and experience art we contribute to positive change in careers, communities and our collective future.
We are proud to be partnering with Twenty Pegs, whom have been one of our creative residents, growing their work and their brand for over a year now.
